Roof rats and mice use landscaping, walls, and outbuildings to move around. We inspect garages, storage areas, and rooflines for entry points and set up control where needed.

Bi-monthly service starts starting at $45 a month for homes up to 2,500 square feet, and estate homes are priced slightly higher. We always quote before any work begins.
