Where Roaches Come From
In the Phoenix area, American cockroaches often live in sewer lines and irrigation boxes, then travel up through drains or under doors. German cockroaches are smaller and tend to ride in on boxes, bags, or used appliances.
Both are drawn to warmth, moisture, and crumbs. Garages, laundry rooms, and the area under the kitchen sink are frequent hot spots.
Spiders often show up where roaches do, since roaches are part of their diet. Cutting down roach activity tends to reduce spider webs around the home as well.
Treating Inside and Out
Your technician treats the exterior first, focusing on drains, irrigation boxes, and entry points. Inside, we target cabinets, plumbing gaps, and baseboards where roaches hide during the day.
Spiders and ants are covered in the same visit, so your home gets complete protection.
Our technicians are paid by the day, not per stop, so they can take the time to treat every cabinet base and drain that needs it. That care is what our motto, "Every service like the first service," is all about.

Keep Roaches From Coming Back
Run water in rarely used drains every week or two so the traps stay full. A dry drain trap is an open path for roaches coming up from the sewer.
Wipe up crumbs and spills quickly, store pet food in sealed containers, and fix leaking faucets. Roaches need water more than food, so drips under sinks make a big difference.
Service plans run bi-monthly and start starting at $45 a month for houses up to 2,500 square feet. We are licensed under Arizona License #9597 and have served the Valley since 2016.

Why do I see roaches even though my house is clean?
Large roaches in our area often come from outside through drains and gaps, not because a home is dirty. Treating the exterior and sealing entry points is key. Many homeowners notice a big drop in sightings within a few weeks.
Is it safe to treat my kitchen?
Yes. We use targeted, eco-friendly products in kitchens and keep them away from food prep surfaces. They are safe for kids and pets once applied.
What if roaches come back after treatment?
Call us. Free re-treatments between scheduled visits are part of our service. Persistent problems often clear up with one or two follow-up treatments.
