Ants and Roaches Indoors
During hot months, ants move indoors looking for water, often appearing near sinks, dishwashers, and bathroom counters. Roaches settle into the warm, damp spaces under appliances and inside cabinet bases.
Gaps around plumbing under sinks are a common entry point for both. Sealing those spaces and treating outside entry points helps keep them out.
Crumbs in toasters, pet bowls, and open food in pantries all draw ants and roaches. Storing food in sealed containers helps our treatments work faster.
Bathrooms see their share too. Ants trail along grout lines and tub edges looking for water, especially when outside temperatures soar.
Termites You Cannot See
Subterranean termites travel underground and enter through cracks in slabs and around plumbing. Bathrooms and kitchens with plumbing penetrations can be vulnerable.
We inspect for mud tubes, swarmer wings, and damaged wood and walk you through any findings in plain language.
