Common Entry Points
Garage doors are often the weakest seal on a house. Gaps along the bottom and sides let in crickets, scorpions, roaches, and mice, especially at night.
Plumbing and utility penetrations are another frequent path. Pipes for hose bibs, air conditioning lines, and cable often have small gaps around them that pests use to reach wall voids.
Weep screeds, the metal strip at the bottom of stucco walls, can also give ants and small insects a way in if they are damaged or blocked.
Attic vents and roof gaps are less obvious, but roof rats and wasps can use them too.

How We Treat and Prevent
We treat the foundation and every entry point on the exterior, then follow up inside where pests have been seen. For rodents, we use targeted trapping and point out openings that should be sealed.
Ants and roaches are covered on every visit, with special attention to kitchens, bathrooms, and laundry rooms.
Crickets and scorpions that slip under garage doors are treated along the perimeter, and webs are cleared from eaves and corners.
If you have seen droppings or chewed items, let your technician know so we can focus on those spots first.

Can I seal entry points myself?
Many small gaps can be sealed with weather stripping, door sweeps, and caulk. Your technician will point out the spots that matter most. Small fixes make our treatments last longer.
What if pests come back after treatment?
Call us. Re-treatments between scheduled visits are free. We would rather come back than leave you dealing with pests.
Is your service safe for my family?
Yes. Our eco-friendly products are safe for kids and pets once applied. Kids and pets can return to treated spots as soon as they dry.
