What a Thorough Inspection Covers

Before any product goes down, your technician checks the foundation, block walls, garage, patio, and roofline for signs of activity and possible entry points. Irrigation boxes, rock beds, and storage areas get a look too.

This walk through helps us decide where to focus. A home with scorpions in the garage needs a different plan than one with ants in the kitchen.

We also point out simple fixes, like worn door sweeps or plants touching the house, that can make treatments work better.

On a first visit, we also ask what you have noticed. A scorpion in the bathtub, ants along the baseboard, or webs in the garage all help point us toward the right areas. Your experience in the home is a big part of the inspection.

The Pests We Find Most

Scorpions are common across western Glendale, hiding in walls, rock, and garages. Spiders, especially black widows, like the same quiet places. Ants build colonies in irrigated soil and trail inside for food and water.
