The Spiders You Find While Cleaning
Most people discover black widows while moving boxes in the garage, reaching under a grill, or pulling trash cans away from a wall. Black widows prefer dark, undisturbed spots close to the ground, and San Tan Valley garages and side yards offer plenty.
Other spiders show up too. Wolf spiders wander across floors at night, and cellar spiders build loose webs in corners and closets. Most are harmless, but webs everywhere are not fun to live with.
Spiders follow their food, so homes with lots of insects usually have more spiders.

Roaches in Garages and Drains
Large American cockroaches often live in irrigation boxes, sewer cleanouts, and damp landscape beds. On warm nights they come out to forage and can wander into garages and under doors.
Bella Vista Farms pest control from Green Magic treats those outdoor sources and the paths roaches use to get inside. We also treat garages and indoor problem areas when needed.
Fewer roaches and insects also means less food for spiders and scorpions.
German cockroaches, the smaller kind, are a separate issue. They live indoors and spread quickly, so if you see small roaches in the kitchen during the day, call us soon.
Thorough, Honest Service
Our technicians are paid by the day, so they take the time to treat behind and under things, not just around them. Pricing is published, and re-treatments between visits are free. Most calls get a visit the same day or the next.

How do I spot a black widow?
Females are shiny black with a red hourglass on the underside. They build messy, tangled webs in dark spots near the ground. Wear gloves when reaching into dark spots in garages and sheds.
Where do big roaches come from?
American cockroaches usually come from sewer lines, irrigation boxes, and damp outdoor areas. Treating those sources helps a lot. Fixing leaky irrigation and keeping drain covers in place also helps.
Can my family stay home during treatment?
Yes. We use eco-friendly products, and once they dry the treated areas are safe for kids and pets. Most of the work happens outside, so your day is barely disrupted.
