Desert Neighbors
Open Sonoran desert supports large populations of bark scorpions, pack rats, and the insects they feed on. As temperatures rise, those pests head toward homes for water and shade.
Block walls along the desert edge often see the most activity. Scorpions climb them easily and use cracks and hollow cores for shelter during the day.
Rodents move in from open land too, nesting under shrubs, in garages, and inside parked vehicles.
Monsoon storms add to the pressure each summer, flushing scorpions and crickets out of washes and pushing them toward homes.
Scorpion Control After Dark and Before
Regular service treats walls, rock beds, garage edges, and entry points. We also check irrigation boxes, pool equipment, and stored items where scorpions hide.
Our Black Light Scorpion Service adds a nighttime hunt for homes with frequent sightings. Under UV light, scorpions glow a bright blue green, which makes them easy for our technicians to spot and remove.
Replacing worn door sweeps and pulling rock back from the stucco also cuts down on scorpion entry.

Spiders Around the Home
Black widows like quiet corners in garages, wall caps, and patio furniture. We sweep webs and treat the places spiders hide on every visit.
Bi-monthly plans start starting at $45 per month for homes up to 2,500 square feet, with free re-treatments between visits.
Our technicians are paid by the day, so even larger desert lots get thorough attention. We are locally owned and have served the Valley since 2016.

Why do I see more scorpions in summer?
Heat drives scorpions to look for cooler, moist shelter, which often leads them toward homes. Monsoon rains can also flush them out of their hiding spots. That is why many homeowners add black light service in the warmer months.
How do I keep rodents out of my car?
Park in a closed garage when possible, keep the area clear of clutter, and let us check for nests and entry points nearby. Storing pet food and seed in sealed containers helps too.
Are black widows dangerous?
Their bites can be serious, especially for children and older adults. Regular treatment and web removal help keep them under control. If you have small children, check play areas and outdoor toys often.
