Not much. Our pricing goes up only slightly for homes over 2,500 square feet. We will give you a clear number before service begins. Square footage is only one part of the picture, so your technician will also note casitas, detached garages, and other structures that should be included.
Can you check for termites during regular service?
We offer termite inspections and treatment as a dedicated service. Ask about scheduling one if you have not had your home checked in a while, especially before or after a monsoon season.
Do you handle roof rats?
Yes. Rodent control is one of our services, and we start by finding how they are getting in. From there we build a plan to remove them and close off access points.
