Every other month, a technician visits your home to inspect, treat the exterior perimeter, and address any interior trouble spots. That rhythm keeps a steady barrier in place through the hot season, the monsoon, and the cooler months.
Arizona pests do not take a winter break the way they do in colder states. Scorpions slow down but do not vanish, and ants and roaches stay active whenever temperatures allow.
Each visit also gives us a chance to catch new problems early, like a wasp nest forming under an eave or rodent droppings in the garage, before they turn into bigger repairs.

Full service starts starting at $45 a month for homes up to 2,500 square feet. Larger homes run slightly more, and you will know your price up front.
Our technicians are paid by the day instead of per stop. That means your visit is about doing the work right, not racing through a long route.
There are no surprise add-ons for routine pests. If something specialized like termites or bed bugs comes up, we explain the options and pricing first.
