Newer Homes Still Need Protection
A newer house is tight and well built, but pests do not care about the age of the stucco. Soil disturbed during construction can stir up subterranean termites, and fresh landscaping takes a few seasons before things settle.
Ants are often the first complaint we hear from newer builds. They follow irrigation lines toward the slab and find tiny gaps around plumbing and utility penetrations, then show up in kitchens and bathrooms looking for water.
Common Pests on This Side of the Community
Most calls from this part of Adora Trails come down to a short list of familiar visitors. Here is what we watch for during each service, along with anything new you have noticed since the last visit.
- Fire ants and pavement ants near turf and patios
- Termite mud tubes along the slab or garage stem wall
- Black widows in garage corners and pool equipment
- Roaches coming up from irrigation boxes in summer
Service That Takes Its Time
Because our techs earn a daily wage rather than a per-stop rate, they can actually look around. Every service like the first service is the standard we hold ourselves to, and same or next-day scheduling makes it easy to get started.
If you are new to the area, your first visit is a good chance to ask questions. We are happy to explain what we found, what we treated, and what to expect as your landscaping fills in over the next few years.

Should I get a termite inspection on a newer home?
It is a smart idea, especially if you plan to stay a while. Subterranean termites are common across the Phoenix area and can reach a home through the soil without being noticed. Catching them early keeps repairs small.
What does regular service cost?
Bi-monthly full service starts starting at $45 a month for homes up to 2,500 square feet. Larger homes are slightly more, and we publish our pricing so there are no surprises.
Are your products safe for my kids?
Yes. We use eco-friendly products that are safe for kids and pets once applied. Your technician will let you know when it is fine for everyone to head back outside. Most of our work happens around the exterior, so the inside of your home stays comfortable and you can go about your day while we work.
